We’d like to congratulate our incredible Facing Africa House nurse Sophie, who has been awarded the South Australian Nursing & Midwifery award for her charitable work in Ethiopia. 

Sophie is an intensive care nurse in Adelaide, she has spent many months in Ethiopia caring for our patients, when she’s not in Ethiopia she continues to support them with messages, parcels and gifts. 

We’re all extremely proud of Sophie and Facing Africa are incredibly lucky to have her in our team. 

Congratulations Sophie, we cannot wait to have you back in Ethiopia with us!
